Please fill out this form to donate altar flowers. You may pay online or send a check to the church, but please note "Altar Flowers" on the check's memo line. Cost of flowers is $35. Linda Sanders will make a lovely arrangement and you can choose to take it home after church or leave it to be given to someone.
